How It Works

Up and Calling in 3 Simple Steps

Most businesses are live on their new phone system within a week. No rip-and-replace. No downtime.

01

Phone Audit

We review your current phone setup, call volume, and needs — then design a system that fits your business and budget.

02

Setup & Porting

We configure your system, port your existing numbers, set up auto-attendants, and train your team before go-live.

03

Ongoing Support

We manage your phone system just like your IT — monitoring uptime, adding users, and handling any issues that come up.

FAQ

Common Questions

Everything you need to know before switching to VoIP.

Can we keep our existing phone numbers?+
Yes — we port all of your existing business numbers to the new system. Your customers dial the same number and nothing changes on their end. Porting typically takes 7-14 business days.
What happens to our calls if the internet goes down?+
We configure failover routing so calls automatically forward to mobile numbers or another location if your internet goes down. We also recommend a backup internet connection for businesses that cannot afford any downtime.
Do we need to buy new desk phones?+
Not necessarily. Many clients use softphone apps on their computers and cell phones instead of desk phones — which saves money and works great for remote teams. If you prefer physical phones, we source and configure compatible VoIP handsets. If you have existing phones we will do our best to use them. We will provide a list of approved brands and models before you make any deicsions.
How is VoIP different from our current phone service?+
Traditional phone service runs over copper phone lines and is billed per line. VoIP runs over your internet connection, costs significantly less, and comes with far more features — like mobile apps, voicemail transcription, call analytics, and video conferencing built in.
Can remote and mobile employees use the same system?+
Yes — that is one of VoIP’s biggest advantages. Remote employees use the same app on their phone or laptop and appear as internal extensions, just like they are sitting in the office. One system, one number, anywhere.
